Hi all,

I've been doing livestreaming for a company using a multicamera system called Sling Studio. I've just sat down to edit the first one and loaded the input sources into Resolve and the files from the main camera come in fine but from footage recorded from two static iPhones show as Media Offline though I can hear the audio. There must be a link there but the Sling records and encodes the videos from the sources itself so I don't know why they should be any different. I do about 4 of these a week so converting every single one is not an option.

Here are the MediaInfo pages for an example file from each of the three sources. I've checked with a few other event recordings and it's not just isolated to the footage from this first edit.

Hi

Please see the FAQ on how to add a description of Resolve version, hardware, OS, drivers, peripherals etc as well as a diagnostic log archive to the report.

Please also detail how you go about adding the clips to Resolve - drag drop vs adding via XML or EDL. And do consider adding a shareable link to one of the clips that can't be imported in Resolve so users can check if it works on their systems.

Thanks for the pointer there. I am on Davinci Resolve 17.1.1 build 9. Below are GDrive links to the DxDiag and System Info files as they won't upload here. I am importing these files by drag and drop from the Media tab. Also below is a Google Drive link that has the example files I used above:
