Retrieving Resolve product key

I bought a BMPCC4k second hand. Is there any way for customer support to retrieve the resolve product key and warranty information by cross-referencing the model and serial number?

The seller should have provided you the key.
You can call the local BMD office to see if there is anything they can do.

Often times when folks buy the BMD Camera used, the seller will only sell them the camera without the Resolve key. Your seller should have been clear as to what he/she is selling you... just the camera or the camera + Resolve key. I suggest you asked your seller. It's perfectly acceptable just to sell the camera without the key. A lot is sold in e-bay like this. If the camera is under the 1 year since the time the seller originally purchased it, it should be covered by the warranty. For the camera to get warranty, I believe all you need is the serial number. The Resolve key is not required.
