Screenshots are lagging

Hi,

I have Resolve Studio version and it seems to be lagging: I took a screenshot for the image wipe and a whole part of the image is black when I visualize it. Please find an example of my issue attached.

I tried to re-install Resolve but it's still not working (I have the 16th version as I started a project on that version).

Quite frankly, I'm sick of the thousands of issues there are with Resolve all the time. Blackmagic seems to not care at all that their software laggs all the time. It's completely unprofessionnal in my opinion.

It looks from the icon top LHS of the viewer that you have turned the reference wipe on.

Yes, that's what I'm saying. I want to have the reference wipe on but part of my still is black for some reason. It's black only when I use it as a reference wipe. When I take the still (or screenshot), it's normal full screen BUT when I use it as a reference wipe, it's partly black!
