Davinci Resolve 16/17 Keyframe issue

Hi everyone, for some reason, I couldn't add any keyframes in the Fusion page. Please help.

My computer spec:
3700x
16gb ram
b450 M/B
1650 super
1tb ssd

Can you list the steps to reproduce?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
