17.2 long delay to open/create project

Hi,

With 17.2 Studio, the "startup" time to the project select / new project creation screen is vastly improved (just a few seconds compared to sometimes several minutes) however the delay seems to merely be deferred. When I try to open a project (or create a new one) the UI remains responsive but nothing happens for about 3-4 minutes and then it springs to life. During this time, CPU is maxed out on a single core.

Also, bluetooth with the speed editor remains incredibly unreliable even after updating to the new firmware (generally have to remove and re-add the bluetooth device in Windows settings, with the re-adding part often taking several attempts).

The startup problem seems to have resolved itself after a reboot, but the bluetooth problem has been persistent since I bought the studio/speed-editor bundle.

I haven't noticed any deferred delay. I also don't have the Speed Editor, so maybe try a test without that.
