Hey guys, recently I met a bug about putting lut on my shots.
After I putting any lut on my shots, occasionally the descrption of the luts will left some black box on anywhere.
And this bug would be disappeared if I close the resolve.

I'm using 17.2 studio version and m1 Mac. I can't work anymore...really need help...

What's your source format?
Are any LUT's in your folder not coming from BM?
Are you sure you are running DR natively and not under Rosetta2?
I can't reproduce that bug here.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.

My camera is Sony fx3, shooting in h265.

I tried to put any LUT's including my own LUT's or BM's LUT's, it will always show me this bug.

Sorry I don't know how to check if I'm running DR natively or under Rosetta2?
But I'm using 17.2 studio version right now, so it might be running natively?

Being universal it can run both ways. Check the file Info for Resolve.

My Info looks somewhat different and I have no problems with the LUTs whatsoever on a MB Air with only 8 GB.
There might be something wrong with your installation.

Well, the only difference is that I’m running an older version.
It’s my wife’s machine and normally not used for DR. If she’s giving me a chance, I’ll update.

:D I wish she could give you the chance. Also I met a bug, when I'm playing the media on the timeline, sometimes, it will stop playing media and I have no idea about it...

I just tested it under 17.2 and it runs fine with all LUTs I can throw at it.
Regarding playback, a current M1 machine is impressively capable for what it is, but it is still an entry-level machine. So, I wouldn't expect it to play everything smoothly in a 4K or UHD timeline. In HD, I have yet to encounter footage that doesn't.

You may want try try a clean install of OS and DR.
