Changing clip attributes to 23.97 fps makes Media Offline

PostMon May 24, 2021 8:21 pm

Hi,

I've been testing out my new Sony Alpha 1 and been shooting some 120 fps clips. Since I want these to play back in slow motion, I changed the frame rate from the original 120 fps down to 23.97 fps. However, when I do this, I get Media Offline immediately. However, if I change to 24 fps, it works. That's not my timeline, frame rate, however.

What causes this?

I wouldn't expect that. Can you share a clip for us to test?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

I'm "afraid" the problem has disappeared when I restarted Resolve.
