Fix audio scratch noise when exporting using AAC codec

Please fix electronic audio scratch noise after exporting h.264 footage with the AAC audio codec (mp3, mp4). It seems that the problem persists in the free and studio version on different machines with footage from different camera's.

If I export using Linear PCM (Wave or QuickTime) the audio is clear and works well.

I've never had such an issue since I started using Resolve at version 12.

That said, bug reports should probably go in the main forum. This section is for requesting new features.

I confirm this bug. I get 1-2 audio scratch in a 1hour+ video when exporting using aac.
