Question about grading Davinci Wide Gamut Color Space

I understand the benefit Davinci Wide Gamut offers to those who work with multiple camera brands, those outputing to different color spaces or those looking to future proof their projects.

But my question is if my footage only comes from a single camera (BMPCC 4K), and I'm only outputing videos in Rec 709 Gamma 2.2 for social media, with no need to deliver in other color spaces. Do I get any benefits from grading in DWG instead of in the default non-managed Davinci YRGB Color Science in project settings menu?

By the way, I grade my footage with hardware calibrated BenQ monitor in Rec709, gamma 2.2, 100 nits, connected to the Decklink mini monitor 4K card.

I find that I prefer the way grading tools respond in DWG when tone mapped to Rec.709 on the output side.

The short answer is "no," with the exception of liking the "feel" of the grading tools as mentioned by shadewind. But from a technical perspective, there would be no improvement by adding an intermediate transform to the DWG color space. If you like the way the tools respond in the unmanaged project, then you should feel empowered to simply grade that way & slap the colorspace transform node at the end of your tree before delivery.
