Exporting audio seperate audio tracks

I have done the basic sound design on a video and want to send this on to a proper sound designer to mix it down properly. How can I send him all the audio tracks from my project separately?

Ah, I found it in the preset icons at the top left. I don't normally use those. Is there a way to prevent it from splitting L&R channels into seperate tracks?
