Where did the Pan Controls go?

I'm running Resolve Studio 17.2.2 build 4 and in the Fairlight page I no longer see the Pan Controls on each of the mixer strips as I did in earlier versions of Resolve. All of the screen shots in the manual show "Bus Sends" and "Pan Controls" between the Dynamics and Bus Outputs. There's no indication in the manual of any settings needed to bring up the sends and pan controls. What am I missing?

Enable Pan via the Fairlight Mixer's Additional Options (3 dots) menu.
