Support for EGPU Pro dropped in resolve 17?

Support for EGPU PRO (AMD Radeon RX Vega 56) Dropped in resolve 17 on Mac?
Can anyone confirm?
When I work in resolve 17.0 all is fine, when I go to 17.2.2
I immediately notice sluggishness. Opening takes longer than usual, and it can take minutes to load the timeline. Even switching between different pages can take minutes, which would cause the timeline to slowly load again. Playback stutters.
When I downgrade back to 17.0 or disconnect the EGPU all is fine.
I'm on OSX 10.15.7.
EGPU works fine in Adobe and other software.
Anyone?

Hey I found the solution for anyone using the EGPU PRO on mac OSX 10.15.7
If you get sluggish behavior with 17.2.2
Simply uncheck the box "Prefer External GPU" in the Info window of the Resolve App. That's it!
Resolve is back to normal behavior with 2 GPUs on my Macbook Pro 16"
