Proxy Zoom out Resolve 17

I'm working with Proxies generates in ProRes from R3D files on in Resolve 17 and they annoyingly zoom out in my timeline. This is especially an issue since I'm working with a segment where I need to make the video smaller and overlay with another video and I have to use the full res to see what I'm doing which my machine can't play back in real time.

I've tried adjusting the scaling options in Project Settings as per other suggestions I've seen and had no luck.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
