about Remote Rendering

PostFri Jul 09, 2021 9:05 am

Hi.
we have several workstations for remote rendering, and it‘s awsome.
My question is , can we have a manage gui, like qube ,deadline…… so we can manage tasks, kill unnecessary jobs, or monitor the rendering status of multiple machines?
you know, if we need to use renderfarm instead of workstation, it will be very usefull.

There is a separate forum for Feature Requests.

viewforum.php?f=33

Best practice is to search first, to see if someone already asked. If not, post one idea per thread with a very brief description of the idea in the thread's title.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Doesn’t sound like a feature request to me, but a question about possibility to render from Resolve through command line.

He specifically asked about adding a GUI for that. That wouldn't be a new feature?

Maybe he asked if it was already there, in some form.

And...is it? Does the GUI for that already exist?
