Resolve hangs on startup

Huawei MateBook D16, Windows 10. DaVinci Resolve 17 (installed today).

Hangs on "LOADING FAIRLIGHT ENGINE". Just hangs, no CPU usage, no disk activity, no mouse response.

Maybe the hardware config is not compatible?
