Timecode Overlay Improvements

I'd love for this to be visible during playback, not just when paused.

Some customization here would not be unwelcome. The ability to add Clip Duration, for example.

Version 17 has been officially released, and man what an incredible update!

BMD can't do everything we want in the "next version", so I wanted to bump this idea, which didn't make the cut for 17.

I'd also like for the Timecode Overlay to not scale with the Viewer Zoom level:

Hi, sorry to bring back a thread that's a few months old, but I'm looking for this option and can't find it. Currently my viewer overlay (transform, zoom, etc.) hides during playback in the edit screen. I'm on version 17.3.2.
