Ultrastudio 4k Mini - Input buttons 1&2 don't do anything

Recently purchased a handful of the Ultrastudio 4k Mini's. I thought they should work similar to how the web presenters worked.

IE Pressing the 1 or 2 button would switch the device from HDMI input to SDI input.

When I first purchased the web presenters they also didn't work unless I updated the firmware. I can't seem to find any firmware updates for the Ultrastudio4k's.

The input will switch if I go into the menu, or use the software to change in inputs.

Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please forgive my extremely late response.

The 1 & 2 buttons currently have no function, inherently or programmable. There is a chance they have something planned for these down the road, but nothing that has been openly discussed with the rest of the company.

So, you have two completely useless buttons in your Ultrastudio 4K, a huge design error if you ask me.
