Resolve is crashing immediately after running it's GPUDetect process, which is basically the first thing it does.
And in the NFO Windows Error Reporting log, this is what's making it crash (translated from Swedish to English):

I don't know why it's using the nvcuda64.dll file, if you've removed the NVIDIA drivers from the system.
Look in Windows Settings - Apps & features, and if you see any NVIDIA stuff in the list, uninstall it, and see if that helps.
Otherwise, if you can make the C:\WINDOWS\system32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nvaki.inf_amd64_6eb893147ae84f6d\nvcuda64 .dll file go away some how, that should help.
