Where is option for 'Flag Flat Pass' located?

PostWed Aug 30, 2023 11:10 pm

Dear all.
I want to export 2 version, graded and ungraded version.
I use : Export Page -> Advance Setting -> Enable Flat Pass -> With clip setting.
I want specific of clip only, so i choose 'with clip setting'.
I see on Documentation, for doing this, i should flag the clip :
Reference doc - Flag for Flas Pass.png
Reference doc - Flag for Flas Pass.png (73.93 KiB) Viewed 2381 times

Unfortunately, i can not find an option to flag my clips.
No Flat Pass Flag.png
No Flat Pass Flag.png (576.73 KiB) Viewed 2381 times

So, where is it located?
Thanks.

Yeah, I'm not sure why it was removed from the Deliver page, but I know there were some people who were rendering out from Resolve and then not understanding why the color corrections weren't there. It would seem they need to update the 18.5 manual.

I should probably add this as a feature request but I’m pretty sure it’ll get shouted down.

Why do we still call it Enable Flat Pass? I know there are historical reasons for the name choice - but at this point it would be far clearer to most people to call it something like Export Without Color Correction or Disable Color Correction or something like that.

I think the pros would understand this wording just fine.

It is still on the Deliver Page for me. Only if selecting "With Clip Settings" do you need to flag the individual clips required. If you need a full timeline Flat Pass the "Always On" setting on the Deliver Page works fine.

Just found it again. OK, "Enable Flat Pass" is in fact on the Video tab at the bottom of Advanced Settings.
