Ok, I m just guessing here since you did not provide a single bit of information:
You are using the free version (without Studio) and use a function of the (paid) Studio version? If that's the reason - just buy a Studio license and the watermarks will vanish magically.
Resolve Studio 20.0 | Linux Mint 22.1 'Xia' | 32 GB | i7 | Nvidia RTX2080 8 GB (570.153.02) | 2.5 TB SSD | 48 TB NAS
As Dieter says, you must be using the free version of Resolve which has a number of effects that can only be used in the paid version. So you have 2 choices, either don't use those effects or get Resolve Studio.
Forget specs. It's surprising what can be achieved with basic hardware!
M2 Mac mini 8GB RAM 256GB SSD plus numerous 1-2TB SSD/NVMe, HDDs. M4 Mac mini 16GB RAM 256GB SSD . . . a ridiculously overpowered machine!

If you see this watermark you have the free version installed. It doesn't matter if you have a dongle or an activation key, if you have the free version installed you only get the free features.
Go to the BMD support website, as listed in the announcements I made at the top of the forum, and select the Studio version to download and install.

The splash screen that displays when you start Resolve should say "Studio 18.5". If it doesn't say that, then it's not the Studio version.
