final guess would be..
Since they put all that r&d into the 12k sensor, IMO the only reasonable thing to do would be a P12k with L mount and Cfexpress B in a better body. The p6k is their best-selling camera... the P12k would offer a P12K, P8K and P4K all in one and still leave the 6k option for those that would rather have that sensor.

redesign based on BMPCC6K Pro: Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K with larger 3:2 full sensor for anamorphic lenses, OLPF, CFexpress and L mount (PL and EF adapters). $2,595 available real soon now.

OK, I'm sold.
The only thing that I wasn't sure about 6K Pro / 6K G2 was the EF Mount.
Full Frame, nice addon, but S35 would've made it for me already.
Does it still record to external SSD? Maybe I've missed that part...

How long until they incorporate this into their bigger cameras to stomp on atomos capture to cloud/frame.io?
Edit: hang on - while I was typing did he basically just say that's what they can do now? Multiple cameras rather than just phones?

Agree many things to like including the new BMPCC6K L full frame option. Can’t wait to see the dynamic range of that.
