Yes, one of those plugins could be causing an issue.
If you rename the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins folder as described above, that will stop Resolve from loading 3rd party plugins altogether, and if that stops the Twisted project from crashing, it seems likely one or more of the 3rd party plugins is the issue.
On a more granular level, in Resolve Preferences - System - Audio Plugins, you can disable individual plugins to pin it down to a specific one(s). When you disable a plugin in Preferences, it will require a Resolve restart for that change to be applied.
