Fusion normally exposes units with normalized 0-1 coordinates which can get a bit fidgety when tweaking the final digits of precision if you are dealing with very high resolution media.
When the BMD URSA Cine Immersive camera ships, this existing numerical precision control thing will become even more important with a dual 8K per eye (16-17K SBS) stereoscopic 3D framesize. Heaven help anyone who then stitches multiple views of this URSA BRAW media into either cylindrical, or spherical 360 degree stereo content for ultra-highend virtual production and fulldome needs...
Having a float/double precision control is something I would find extremely useful to have as an option in both the Resolve advanced settings, and in Fusion's "Globals and Default Settings", too. This would help DCTL Lut, Fuse, Effects Templates, and Macro creators/users.
