Hi, can anybody from Blackmagic help me with an email to send my files to profile?
My issue is that I cannot use Grab Still and get an error when using a Layered EXR file, it is also crazy slow to the point I have to wait ages to see an update. This is a single EXR and not part of a sequence.

Error
System
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Log and Project file, with EXR (Blurred)

Tif works a lot better and faster, I can get a lot more done, but will start bogging down after a while and probably due to a set number of Nodes on a Still. Usage on CPU, RAM, GPU, Drives will be not even working at 15%, so plenty of underutilized resources left, but Resolve doesn't do much and catches up super slowly and sometimes not at all.
