Issue Installing

I've installed Davinic Resolve 15 about two times before, uninstalling it for random reasons here and there. This is my third time reinstalling it but it's proving difficult. Everytime I start the installation wizard I am giving the error of "Error writing to file: C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Onboarding\DaVinci Resolve Welcome.exe Verify that you have access to this directory."
I've looked up how to solve this but nothing has worked, I've messed with the security to allow full control of the Blackmagic Design folders, reinstalled Windows installer and everything but it just doesn't work? Am I screwed? Do I have to find a new editor? I've attempted installing DaVinci Resolve 14 to see if it get fixed but it says the same thing.

I apologize for not thoroughly reviewing that before posting, thank you greatly for the reply.
I originally tried installing DaVinci Resolve 15.0.086, then went on to try and install DaVinci Resolve 14.3.1. My computer is running Windows 10.
When I begin the installation this is what greets me.

Everything then installs normally for a bit, but then A popup appears halfway through the installation wizard detailing this:

This popup seems to occur with other programs as well, but the solutions for those did not help with this current issue.
A guide I had followed earlier for reference on what already was attempted was found on microsoft.com.

Can you tell me how you fixed it? I have the exact same problem.
But in my case it is more confusing because i installed Resolve normally and worked with it a couple of minutes. Then the program wouldnt respond so i closed it via Taskmanager. Then when i tried to open Resolve again it would get stuck in the loading screen. So i deinstalled it via the "Apps and Features" menu from Windows. Then i tried to reinstall it but then the same Error appeared like you had. I tried installing from a new downloaded version but everytime this exact Error appears while the installer copys new files. Would be nice if you could discribe me your solution. Thank you

I had the same issue but fixed it, just go search for the folder that's giving you issues and delete it, in my case it was C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design from an old installation.
